We are a small charity working in one of the most deprived wards in Lewisham, south east London.

We work to provide a better quality of life to vulnerable older people living in the south of the borough, supporting people to remain in their own homes and helping people live independently within their communities. The main focus of our work is to tailor make support according to individual needs and we support older people through our local network of Befriending Groups, by drawing up a support plan, carrying out regular reviews and assisting them to access other services in the borough.
